3What we suggest
Twenty minutes, no more
We settle the scope together, then you get a firm quote.
You are all set.
We will get back to you within 48 working hours. Twenty minutes of conversation, and you leave with a firm quote. A confirmation email has just gone out.
Budget questions
The questions we get asked before signing.
Will this be the exact price?
Most of the time, yes: the range comes from the same grid as our quotes, and nobody pays more than a peer with the same profile. What moves it is a point we have misunderstood, and that only shows up in conversation: a professional conduct constraint, a client portal to take over, a practice we had not seen, an objective sharper than expected. That is exactly what the twenty-minute call is for, not haggling. And it does go the other way sometimes : a simpler scope than announced, and the quote comes in under the lower bound.
Why does the price drop when I add deliverables?
Because bundled work costs less to produce: the scoping is done once, the team is the same, so is the setup. From the second deliverable the discount starts at 5 %, and it rises to 18 %. It applies to what is billed once; monthly retainers are not discounted.
What is the difference between Google Ads and LinkedIn or Meta?
Google captures people who are already looking for you: the work is concentrated at launch, then management is light. That is why it is paid once, with a modest monthly fee. LinkedIn and Meta do the opposite: they go after people who are not looking for you yet, which means creative, audiences and testing to redo constantly. That is ongoing support, not a launch.
Is the ad spend included?
No, and that is deliberate. Media spend goes straight to Google, LinkedIn or Meta, from your account, in your name. Budget 300 to 2,000 € a month depending on your market. We bill the management, not the media buying: you pause and restart when you decide to, and you see exactly where every euro goes.
Does it all have to be paid at once?
No. On build projects, the rule is 50% at kick-off and the balance one month after launch. Monthly retainers are billed monthly, with no minimum term: you stop whenever you want, and you keep what has been produced.
And once the project has started, can the price move?
Once the quote is signed, the amount is firm. It only moves if the project changes nature along the way: an extra language, a client portal, an internal tool rebuild. In that case we issue a new quote before starting that work, never after the fact.
Can we start small?
Yes, and it is often the right order. A site that converts first, acquisition second. The reverse means paying to send visitors to a page that does not convert: on our own accounts, the same ad budget returns two to three times less in that setup.
What if my firm is very large?
Beyond about forty people, the estimator gives an order of magnitude, not a quote. Several practices, several stakeholders and an internal approval chain change the nature of the work. We then price case by case, after a first scoping conversation.
Where do the stated returns come from?
From our own client accounts, on comparable firms. These are observed averages, shown as ranges, never a contractual commitment. We would rather show you how many matters you need to break even: that calculation, you can redo yourself.
