OURAMA (a SAS with share capital of 1,000 euros, Nancy Trade and Companies Register B 978 351 245, registered office: 5 rue de la Navette, 54270 Essey-lès-Nancy) attaches particular importance to the protection of your personal data. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you how your data is collected, processed and protected when you use the site ourama.fr (hereinafter “the Site”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and with amended French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties.

Data collected through forms

When you complete a form on the Site (a contact request, or downloading a guide or resource), the following data may be collected: surname, first name, email address, and where applicable any information you voluntarily provide in the free message field.

Browsing data

As you browse the Site, technical data may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies: IP address (anonymised), browser type, operating system, pages viewed, duration of the visit and interactions with the Site.

Purposes and legal bases of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Responding to your contact requests

Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), obtained when the form is submitted.

Sending downloadable guides and resources

Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR). When you provide your email address to receive a guide, you also consent to it being used for our email communications (newsletter). You may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.

Sending newsletters and commercial communications

Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR). Your email address, collected when you download a guide or through a dedicated sign-up form, is used to send you newsletters and informational content. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us at louis@ourama.fr.

Audience measurement and improvement of the Site

Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), obtained through the cookie management panel.

Managing online booking

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (article 6.1.b GDPR). When you book through Cal.com, the data needed to schedule the meeting (name, email address, chosen slot) is collected.

Serving targeted advertising

Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR). The Site may use the LinkedIn Ads tag (LinkedIn Insight Tag) for conversion tracking and advertising targeting. This tracker is only set once your consent has been obtained through the cookie management panel.

Data retention periods

Your personal data is retained for a period proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected:

Data from contact forms: 3 years from the last contact.

Email addresses collected for the newsletter: until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or, failing any activity on your part, 3 years after the last active contact (opening an email, a click).

Booking data (Cal.com): 1 year from the meeting.

Browsing data and cookies: 6 months from when the consent cookie is set, in line with CNIL recommendations.

Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Data recipients

Your personal data is strictly confidential and is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

It may, however, be passed to the following processors, who act exclusively on behalf of and under the instructions of OURAMA:

Webflow, Inc. (hosting of the Site), San Francisco, United States.

Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, audience measurement), Mountain View, United States.

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) (sending newsletters and emails), Paris, France.

Data transfers outside the European Union

Some of our processors are established outside the European Union, in particular in the United States (Webflow, Google, Cal.com, LinkedIn, Vimeo). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, and in particular by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission (implementing decision 2021/914 of 4 June 2021), or by any other transfer mechanism recognised by the applicable regulations.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. It stores information about your browsing and allows a tailored experience on your later visits.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the Site to work properly. In particular they store your consent preferences. They do not require your prior consent and cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)

The Site may use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to measure and analyse its traffic. Visitors' IP addresses are anonymised. The data collected is used solely for statistical purposes and to improve the Site. These cookies are only set once your consent has been obtained.

Data collected by Google Analytics may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States. This transfer is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Advertising cookies (LinkedIn Ads)

The Site may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a tracker set by LinkedIn Corporation, to measure advertising conversions and target audiences. This cookie is only set once your consent has been obtained. The data collected may be transferred to the United States, under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Embedded third-party content

Some pages of the Site embed Vimeo video players. These players may set cookies on your device. They are only loaded with your consent for the “Third-party content” category.

On your first visit to the Site, a cookie management panel is shown. It lets you accept, refuse, or choose category by category which non-essential cookies are set.

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data in the cases provided for by the GDPR.

Right to object

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest, and to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes (including the newsletter).

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller.

Right to withdraw your consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before that withdrawal.

You will receive a response within one month of your request being received. That period may be extended by two months where the request is complex or where there is a high volume of requests, in which case you will be informed.

For security reasons, we may ask you for proof of identity before acting on your request.

If you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL):
