Becoming a reference

The starting point

A good firm nobody sees loses to an average firm everybody sees.

The problem is not your law

The firms that become references are not the ones that argue best. They are the ones people find, recognise and call back.

One lever on its own hits a ceiling

A site rebuilt with no brand behind it stays a site among others. A campaign launched with nothing to say stops the day the budget stops.

The order changes everything

The brand first, because everything else rests on it. Then the site, the material, the campaigns, and steering that does not stop.

From criminal law to M&A, almost every practice area in the regulated professions has passed through our hands.

The programme

Five stages, one single purpose: cases coming in.

Each stage produces what the next one needs. That chaining is what separates a programme from a series of services billed separately.

  1. The brand

Being chosen before the first meeting

  2. The site

    Turning visitors into meetings

  3. The content

    Being read before being called

  4. The campaigns

Filling the diary from the first month

  5. The steering

Keeping what pays, stopping the rest

The line turns dotted after the third stage: steering has no end. Durations are not shown until they hold across every engagement.

Stage 01 · The brand

Being the firm people remember before the first meeting even happens.

Stage 01

Your firm looks like all the others.

It is not your fault. You all have the same site template, the same palette, the same courthouse photographs. And the prospect still has to choose.

The method

We decide what will get you chosen before we draw anything.

A prospect compares three firms in ten minutes, on their phone. What decides them is almost never the logo, it is what they understand about you in thirty seconds.

01

A clear-cut position

What you defend, for whom, against whom. Half a day with the partners, because a logo never makes up for a vague position.

02

Words before images

The name, the tone, the first sentence anyone reads about you. What sets you apart is heard before it is seen.

03

A system that holds everywhere

Logo, palette, typefaces, grids, photographic treatment. Enough to produce any material without having to call us back.

04

The full roll-out

Stationery, document templates, signage, social channels. A brand only exists the day it is everywhere.

The source files are delivered to you. The firm owns its brand, unconditionally and with no royalty.

Stage 02

Many rebuilds change the appearance, and nothing else.

Six months later the firm has a prettier site, the same rankings and the same phone that does not ring.

The foundation

The site is the central piece: everything that follows plugs into it.

From scoping to launch, then training your team. What matters is not the list of tasks, it is what each one saves you paying for later.

Scoping and site structure

Google ranks pages, not firms. A practice area without its own page ranks for nothing. We list your practice areas and your cities, and each one gets its own way in.

Writing every page

We know what your clients come looking for. A private individual and a company director do not read the same page. We write in their language, not in professional jargon.

Design, development, launch

A slow or badly tagged site loses rankings before it even has a visitor. And redirects from the old site keep what you had already won.

Training your team

A site you cannot edit yourself ages quickly. One recorded hour, and your team publishes a news item without calling us or paying us.

The site, the domain name and the hosting are in your name. The firm keeps ownership of its foundation, whatever happens next.

The firm's communication

Everything leads to the site. The site leads to the meeting.

A meeting

A diagram of principle: it shows where the flows go, not volumes. Which channels are opened is decided together, according to your profession and your clients.

Stage 03

Now that the site is live, what do we do?

The foundation is laid. What keeps it alive now is everything we publish around it.

Communication

The site is ready: now comes the communication.

Google does not rank a firm, it ranks pages. Every article is one more page answering a question your clients already type. That is why we talk about a monthly rhythm and not a campaign: search rewards regularity, never the one-off flourish.

4 to 12 articles a month

Why four and not three? Below four, Google sees no rhythm and the site reads as dormant. Why not fifteen? Because beyond twelve the firm cannot keep up with reviewing, and an unapproved article never goes out.

4 shooting days a year

One per quarter, at your offices. A firm you can see and hear gets chosen faster than a firm you read. Each day feeds YouTube and social for three months.

We publish for you, or with you

You delegate entirely, or you approve before every publication. Everything goes through the OURAMA space : what is planned, what is waiting for your review, what is live.

Only two case studies currently carry the content tag in our published references. This stage therefore rests on no measurement, and the diagram above says so.

The same budget, three times more meetings

Advertising produces from the very first week. What gets built afterwards is the yield: the same budget goes and finds more and more meetings, so each one costs less and less.

An estimate, not a commitment. It rests on a cost per meeting of 340 euros at the start and 115 euros once steered, and on an average return of 6 euros in revenue per euro of media spend, observed across the accounts we run. Your own figures depend on your profession, your area and the value of your cases.

Stage 04

Generating meetings from launch, with advertising.

Organic search takes months to settle in. Advertising fills the diary from the very first week.

The targeting

The right platform depends on who you are looking for, not on your profession.

Two lawyers in the same city do not have the same clients, so they do not have the same mix. We start from your clients and work out the platforms from there.

An OURAMA reading, based on our own accounts and on the conduct rules of each profession. It is not a market measurement. The mix is decided case by case according to the jurisdiction and the value of the cases.

The setup

One client profile, several ways in.

Sending everyone to the home page means paying for visitors who leave. Each profile gets its own campaigns, its own ads and its own page.

1

Client profile

The SME director, the individual going through a divorce, the heir.

3

Campaigns

One per platform chosen, each with its own budget.

9

Ads

Three angles per campaign, tested against each other.

3

Landing pages

One per platform, written for that profile and nothing else.

The advertising accounts are opened in the name of the firm. You remain their owner, including the day you stop working with us.

Three years of steering

It climbs, it plateaus. We change something, it climbs again.

LaunchYear 1Year 2Year 3

The plateau is spotted at review. The lever that no longer pays is stopped, and its budget shifts to the one that holds.

2

A gap opens in the market. One channel is opened, video, and the curve climbs again with no extra budget.

A diagram of principle: it shows the shape of a steered trajectory and where the decisions are taken, not amounts.

Stage 05

Most agencies sell you a project. A project ends.

Launch day is not an ending. It is the first day there is something to steer.

The steering

What does not work is stopped, not defended.

The market moves constantly. Queries change, a competitor arrives or disappears, a reform creates demand that did not exist the year before. Our job is to sharpen continuously so the return stays as high as possible. Here is what is put in place.

One single contact

The same person from the first workshop to the third year. They know your cases, not just your account.

A monthly 45-minute review

With written minutes. Nobody remembers a call six months later, everybody can find a document.

A quarterly review with the partners

What we keep, what we stop, what we open. The thresholds are set in the contract before we begin, not redefined after the fact.

A dashboard open at all times

Rankings, traffic, inbound enquiries, where the cases come from. You do not wait for the meeting to know where you stand.

Six firms are currently supported on an ongoing basis. That is the actual number, not an order of magnitude.

Le format long

The proof

Six firms have trusted us with the entire chain. Here they are.

Not a selection: these are every firm whose project record carries the ongoing support tag. Each one leads to its case study.

The labels come from the support field on each project record. They are being reviewed : some firms received services their record does not yet mention.

The scope

Everything you receive, line by line.

The full scope, grouped by stage, showing what is included and what depends on the project.

72 deliverable lines.

What the firm brings

  • A lead partner, around two hours a month
  • Content approval within five working days
  • Access to existing accounts: site, Google Business, social, ad platforms
  • The ability to call inbound enquiries back within forty-eight hours

The investment

A firm with three partners and a firm with thirty are not steered the same way.

A quotation is not a way of dodging the price question: it is the only way to avoid selling you what you do not need.

Programme Référence

Five levers, one calendar, one contact.

On quotation

A twelve-month commitment, renewable.

Includes:

The brand, from the positioning workshop to the source files

The site, from scoping to launch, with the training

4 to 12 articles a month and 4 shooting days a year

The campaigns, on the platforms your conduct rules allow

The steering, with its stopping rules written into the contract

72 deliverable lines, detailed above

The media budget is billed directly by the platforms. It is not part of our fees and we take no percentage of it.

What makes the quotation vary

Five parameters, and nothing else. You can estimate them yourself before calling us.

The number of practice areas to cover

The geographic area targeted

The monthly production volume

The number of ad platforms opened

Whether an existing identity is carried over

Before signing

The six questions we are asked every time.

Is this compatible with my conduct rules?

Yes, and that is precisely why we work only with the regulated professions. Each lever is open or closed depending on your profession: for notaries, for example, all three advertising platforms are closed and we will not sell them to you.

Who owns the site, the brand and the advertising accounts?

You do, on all three. The brand source files are delivered to you, the domain name and the hosting are in your name, and the Google Ads and Meta accounts are opened in the name of the firm. The day you stop, you leave with everything.

What happens if we stop after a year?

The site keeps running, the published content keeps ranking, the brand stays yours. What stops is the production and the steering. None of our deliverables stops working because you stopped paying.

Can we take only part of the programme?

Yes. The five levers exist separately and most of our clients started with just one. The complete programme is only worth it if you want all five to feed each other, which means launching them in the right order.

How long before the first meetings?

Advertising produces enquiries from the first month where your profession allows it. Search is counted in quarters: across the firms we follow, the curve takes off between the third and the sixth month. We do not announce a timeframe we do not meet across every engagement.

Do you work with firms that compete with mine?

It is possible, and it is rather a good thing: you benefit from our experience and our track record in your practice area. That is exactly why people come to us.

A question that is not here? It belongs in the first meeting, which costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Your list

Tick what you need. We start from there.

Nobody needs all five levers at once. Tell us what is already in place, what is missing and what you want to dig into: the first meeting starts from this list instead of starting from zero.

Nothing ticked yet.
