Journey of a CEO committed to the transformation of the sector

A lawyer by training, with a degree in international and economic law, Rokhaya Pondi began her career as a teacher at the Faculty of Law in Nantes. She then held positions of responsibility in major legal information groups, until joining the management committee of the Lefebvre Group, where she led the development of new offers in France and abroad.

In 2023, she joined Lamy Liaisons as commercial director, before becoming its president. Very quickly, she infused it with performance culture, driven by listening to customers and a strong demand for operational impact.
