An extraordinary journey

Engineer by training (École Centrale de Paris) and then graduated from SciencesPo, François went back to law studies at the age of 50 and obtained the CAPA in 2013.

• Raise managers' awareness of legal risks

A specialization in corporate criminal law

François regularly intervenes in various areas of criminal law:

• Labor Penal : work accidents, hidden work, harassment, obstructions...
• Economic criminal law : corruption, favoritism, abuse of social assets, breach of trust, fraud, money laundering...
• Consumer crime : deception, deceptive commercial practices...
• Environmental criminal law

It also trains leaders on the criminal risk prevention, especially with HEC on behalf of the BPI, and is expert at the APM. In 10 years, he formed more than 5,000 managers to these critical issues.

Going from manager to lawyer: a lifestyle choice

François explains how he decided, at the age of 50, to change his life to devote himself to criminal law:

“After 25 years in the business world, I wanted to put my experience at the service of managers, but this time as a lawyer.”
