Francois Legras: the secrets of a fast-growing firm

Francois Legras, founder of Arkello, tells his story in this episode of Le Cheat Code.

After working in employer-side firms such as Actance and Picard Avocats, he used his self-employed status to build his own client base. His aim: to widen that base, build relationships and earn trust.

In February 2021 he launched Arkello Avocats. Alone at first, already with a solid client base, he quickly realised he no longer had time to handle everything. In April 2021 he hired for the first time. The firm now has three staff and soon a fourth, the sign of real progress.

Specialising in employment law and social protection, Arkello advises executives, directors and employee bodies. The firm works across the whole life of the employment contract and helps build constructive workplace dialogue.

In this episode Francois also talks about his strategies for attracting employment law talent and building a motivated, committed team. He shares his tips for building a solid, high-performing team, the key to his rapid growth.
