🎙️ New podcast — The Cheat Code
Today, we are talking about a subject that is as fascinating as it is original: sports and business law. And for that, we receive an exceptional guest: Amir N'Gazi, founder of the firm N'GAZI AVOCADO, lawyer at the Paris and Comoros bar.
In this episode, Amir looks back on his career, how he managed to break through, and he shares with us his vision of pro sport, behind the scenes.
A daring journey
As soon as he finished his studies, Amir made a strong choice: to launch his own firm. Not easy, especially since he's getting his degree... in the middle of a pandemic. At that time, the offers he received did not match his ambitions. So, there is a simple but powerful question: “What if I created the opportunity I'm looking for myself? ”
That is what he does. It melts N'GAZI AVOCADO, with a clear vision: doing law differently, as close as possible to the concrete challenges of sport and business.
An unexpected takeoff thanks to LinkedIn
During lockdown, he posted a single publication on LinkedIn... and everything happened one after the other. No communication plan, no strategy, just a genuine message.
The result: dozens of customers, a mess of requests, to the point that her mother has to take time off to help her manage her inbox and her calls. Crazy, no?
Law & Sport: breaking down preconceived ideas
Amir also shares a striking anecdote: that of a young 18-year-old player who spends, overnight, from €2,000 to €75,000 per month. He asks a simple question: “What do you do at 18 with so much money, without support? ”
Spoiler: you're doing anything. And this is where sports law makes perfect sense. It's not just about signing contracts, but about supporting, advising, protecting.
